The reasons we may not buy something include: the item is an older style, too worn, ripped, dirty, or a brand we do not accept. You can find out more about brands we accept on our selling page. If you have any questions about a brand please list below.

Please allow up to 48 hours to receive your label once you have submitted your form. When you ship your items in you can track them with the tracking number on the label.
